Six years building software that carries real load. Currently tech lead on a logistics platform moving 1M+ shipments a month, 50M+ webhook events and 10M+ API calls — owning the architecture end to end, not one layer of it, with a team of four reporting in.

The work he's proudest of is unglamorous: an SQS retry framework with exponential backoff that cut API failures by ~98%, a DynamoDB change-log redesign that took 66% off the bill, and an AI address-resolution agent that moved accuracy from 92–95% to about 99%.
